Yin Yoga approaches the body in a slow, deep and mindful way. Each pose is held for several minutes to liberate the body’s chronic holding patterns, and restore a sense of vitality and well-being.

Learn the rich theory and philosophy of Yin yoga and why this practice of deep somatic nervous system regulation is so potent and necessary to balance the everyday stresses, strains and pains of our busy lives. Whether you are a yoga practitioner looking to deepen your knowledge or a qualified teacher wanting to expand your teaching, this 4-day immersive training offers the perfect balance of practical knowledge and experiential embodiment.

Your teacher:

With over a decade of experience, Genevieve has been teaching yoga and leading yoga teacher trainings in Ottawa and around the globe. Genevieve is passionate about facilitating environments for inner reflection and growth, offering students the experiential tools to connect body-mind-spirit through practice. Genevieve’s love for yoga, meditation, eastern philosophy and TCM was inspired in her early twenties living for extensive periods of her life in Asia. She now specializes her teachings in Yin Yoga & mindfulness, with emphasis on approaching the practice through the eastern approach of somatic healing.

Investment:

Early Bird – $795+HST until June 1st

After June 1st – $850+HST
