A week of deep practice, learning and transformation!
Join Dana for this 5-part series to deepen your experience and understanding of the 5 elements - earth, water, fire, air & space. Our bodies, physical and energetic, are made up of these elements and they interplay with every aspect of our lives.
Each day will explore an element through specific movement-sequences, postures, mantra and meditation.
- Day 1 - Energize your Earth Body - expect a practice focused on stability, strength and grounding. This practice will explore our connection with the physical earth and the earth element within you.
- Day 2 - Flow and Feel - this practice is designed to connect you to your feeling, flowing self. The water element is a wise teacher that can help recharge and rebuild connection to your inner waterways of creativity.
- Day 3 - Fuel your Inner fire - All about transformation! This practice will fuel the flames of inner growth and change through this powerful life force.
- Day 4 - To Breathe and Be Breathed - this practice will bring us into sacred connection with the power of the breathe. It’s a tool and gift that can shift the mental and physical realm.
- Day 5 - Connect and Reflect - Our connection with the cosmos grows as we reach out to engage with it. As that connection grows, the beauty of that connection is reflected back out into our lies. This last practice of the week will be meditative, slow and divine.
