This powerful practice is growing in popularity for good reason. Similar to yoga, the benefits are numerous, including; heightened creativity, emotional regulation, productivity, transformation, improved health span and longevity.
Tracy Billows and Susan Benoit will be your hot and cold guides on this healing journey that will be both soothing and relaxing & exhilarating and empowering.
Together we'll work up a sweat with an all-levels hot yoga class. Then you’ll be guided through 15 min of intentional breath work, followed by a 3 min ice bath. (Trust us, you can do it!) You’ll finish off with a super sweet savasana to integrate the effects.
