As winter deepens and the world quiets beneath its blanket of stillness, we gather in warmth and community to honour the turning of the season — a time when the days begin to lengthen, and the light slowly returns.

Sound & Stillness: A Winter Reset is an invitation to pause, to listen deeply, and to reconnect with the quiet radiance that lives within. This evening blends gentle grounding, intention, and a deeply immersive Sound Healing Journey, designed to soothe your nervous system and open your heart to renewal.

Surrounded by candlelight and soft sound, we will rest into stillness — held by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum, and voice. Each vibration offers a pathway inward, helping you release what the darker months have asked you to shed and welcome in the first spark of returning light.

Through this shared space of sound and ceremony, we honour both the beauty of winter’s rest and the quiet promise of new beginnings.

New Year’s day is a powerful time to celebrate endings and welcome new beginnings. Join Megan Beahen for a special practice where you will sweat out the old and decide how you want your 2026 to feel.

Expect a vigorous flow, followed by a meditation and personal intention setting.
