Are you interested in introducing yoga into children's lives in a way that is accessible and suited to their ages and stages of development?
This spring join Jennifer Stow and Penny Pelton for a 2-day workshop that will provide you with the tools, tricks and confidence to do just that. Through "hands on" training we will demonstrate how to use music, stories, props and partners that integrate asana / poses, as well as pranayama / breathwork, to develop bodies, minds, spirits and self-regulation.
This training is suitable for teachers, Early Childhood Educators, parents and grandparents. Anyone who is interested in practising yoga with children is welcome to join the two day yoga adventure.
