Join Sarah, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher for Pregnant + Empowered; her 8 week signature series designed to support your pregnancy. Each week there is a set theme to help prepare your mind and body for one of its greatest journeys, motherhood.

- A guided meditation to release tension and invite compassion into your heart
- Selected restorative postures to encourage deep relaxation
- Build strength, find your flow + power!
- Embody peace and confidence in preparation for childbirth and labour
- The shared experience of pregnancy with other expectant mamas.
- 3 Live Virtual Prenatal support sessions with Q & A (Example: Pelvic Health, Lactation Consultant, Doula, Birth Art) scheduled as Events in Pregnant + Empowered private Facebook community

No yoga experience necessary to join.
