Yoga has encouraged me to want what I already have and be who I already am. The practice of Santosha or being content with what is (an aspect of Yoga), has been so powerful in my capacity for gratitude. Yoga in the morning enhances my stoke level for the day ahead. Yoga in the evening helps me reflect and wind down without distraction. I continue to practice yoga because it compliments my optimistic and grateful outlook on life!
Aside from my personal yoga practice, I get stoked on acro yoga, camping and the smell of campfires, rock climbing, and inspiring conversation.
