I first discovered yoga as a way to heal the back pain i was experiencing post spinal surgery at the age of 19. Not long after my first class I discovered that this way of moving and flowing provided me with so much more than a physical workout and I quickly fell in love with the mental and spiritual benefits of the practice.
Years later the simple act of softly landing on my mat continues to ground me and provide a sense of peace in the everyday busyness of life. Yoga has always been a constant in my life and I’m grateful for every opportunity that allows me to connect, guide and share my passion through a challenging and heartfelt sequence with my students.
Off the mat you can find me growing my juice baby Renew Cold Press and delivering cold pressed nourishment around the city! I’m also a big homebody – in my downtime I love creating mood boards and exploring my passion for interior design!
