I have always been a fitness enthusiast. From long distance running to playing soccer, biking, hiking with my dogs and gym training, I love having a variety of ways to keep active. Stress and sore muscles encouraged me to try my first yoga class. I immediately fell in love and started adding yoga to my regular routine. Whether I craved a workout, community, connection or unwinding, the mat was always there to offer these things. Yoga helped me feel better in my body and in my mind. Bringing mindfulness into my everyday life helps me feel more focused, connected and balanced. I am passionate about helping others on their journey to health and well-being because we all deserve to feel good!
