Work Hard. Have Fun.
Yoga has been in my life for over 15 years, with increasing regular practice in the last 6 years. My focus on yoga started when chronic hip pain flared up when training for a half marathon run. I noticed that when I maintain a regular practice my hip feels great. I no longer run, but I’ve kept the yoga, and love it! My proudest yoga moment is also my most humble. It was when I recently completed Yoga Teacher Training. During that training I realized just how much more there is to learn, and that it was only the start of a long journey. When not in the studio you might find me cycling, on a stand up paddle board, camping, reading, or just spending time with my husband, 3 kids, and cat and dogs.
