Yoga for me is breath work, meditation, and guided body movement working closely with the mind. I see it as a personalized support system to our life, helping us connect with ourselves and the world around us. Being on the mat is like stepping into a magical world where anything is possible. My goal is to keep working with my students on developing functional movements that help them improve their everyday life. Providing fun, creative classes full of great knowledge that will evolve your yoga practice on and off the mat.
Fun facts about me, I moved to Thailand in 2015 for two years learning mixed martial arts, following my dreams was the best decision I made in my life. I love cooking, reading, running, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. I am a big fan of Naruto and like to watch Anime.
