We encourage you to complete 26 classes throughout the challenge, giving you one day a week whenever you wish to rest, recover, and recharge.

Can’t make it to the studio for class? No problem. Any private classes you do in your home, online, or elsewhere can be counted towards your challenge.

  • Stittsville – Saturday November 26th, 2pm-4pm
