Embodied Yin is rooted in a grounded, practical, and somatic approach to the practice, blending foundational knowledge with embodied experience. Drawing from both traditional yin philosophy and modern understandings of the body, this training supports deeper awareness, healing, and nervous system regulation.
This is a practice of learning how to be with what you feel, and learning how to guide others there, too.
You’ll explore how to approach yin in a way that honours different bodies, encourages internal awareness, and invites a more personal and intuitive experience within each pose.
A key focus of this training is how we guide that experience. Through language, pacing, and presence, you’ll learn how to create classes that feel steady, intentional, and genuinely felt – where students are supported not just in the shape, but in their experience within it.
Whether you’re a yoga teacher looking to confidently offer yin, or a dedicated student feeling called to go deeper, this training offers a space to slow down, build understanding, and reconnect with the practice in a more meaningful way.
