This mini retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.

This retreat will be a calming, supportive experience designed to release tension, settle the nervous system, and clear the layers of accumulated stress held within the body and mind.

The retreat will include:

• gentle, mindful movement

• meditation and breath practices

• restorative yoga

• guided reflection

• spacious stillness

• a deeply nourishing yoga nidra

Each element is offered as a way to support you in coming home to yourself – opening to the beauty within that is ready to bloom.

You’ll leave feeling:

• deeply rested and replenished

• lighter in body and mind

• more connected to yourself

What to bring:

Comfortable layers, a journal, water, and anything that helps you feel supported and at ease—blanket, cushion, pillow or eye pillow.
