Enjoy the freshest, organic vegetarian cuisine Costa Rica has to offer, two yoga practices daily and all the peace and quiet you need to absorb all of the vibrant healing energy of the rich destination around you.
The retreat centre is located in one of only 5 Blue Zones across the planet where people regularly live to be 100+ years old. You’re greeted by a warm tropical breeze, the sun is shining and hot, you slip on your sandals and immediately sink into comfort and relaxation while howler monkeys play in the treetops above you. You’re exactly where you’re meant to be. Seven glorious days of all-inclusive mind, body and soul healing, and total relaxation await you. No big resorts, no hotels, just miles of untouched, pristine, beautiful beach and lush rain forest overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Many adventures and activities are available if you choose, or you can simply relax by the pool and take long walks on the beach. This is your week to unplug, unwind, and reconnect with yourself while deepening your yoga practice.
Your Retreat Includes:
- 7 nights, 8 days (various accommodation options)
- Breakfast, lunch & dinner daily (Simple, organic & incredibly delicious, mostly vegetarian, can accommodate special meal requests)
- 2 yoga practices daily (one first thing in the am, one mid-afternoon, every practice something different)

Classes:
Every class will have a different focus, exploring postures and practices that may be very familiar or entirely new to you. Morning practices tend to be more energetic and flowing, while the afternoon practices are usually more meditative & contemplative. Adjustments are made according to the energy and requests of the group. Guaranteed though, each time you step on your mat your practice will feel and be different.

Dana and Kelly will be your teachers and guides for the week.
They have a wealth of knowledge and experience between the 2 of them and are committed to creating an exceptional yoga retreat experience for you!
They will challenge you to explore your practice on a new level and be there to support you in whatever ways you need. They believe very strongly in the power of yoga to heal and when it happens in a setting as beautiful as Costa Rica with other like-minded souls, the effects can be truly transformational.

These beautiful double rooms have step-out balconies and lots of windows with extraordinary ocean views. The room is elegantly furnished to provide the most luxurious space for couples or singles. Each room has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning.

Mountain View Room w/ AC – Last Room Left!
This double room has a step-out balcony and large windows with an extraordinary mountain view. The room is tastefully furnished and provides the perfect space for two people. It has a king-sized bed or two twins with a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning.

Pacifico Cottage w/ AC – Sold out
The Pacifico Cottages are tucked away amidst the lush tropical gardens and close enough to the sandy Pacific Beach so that the sound of the Ocean will rock you to sleep. These beautiful and rustic rooms feature a private porch with a hammock, one queen-size bed, an outdoor shower, and air conditioning.

Nature Suite w/ AC – Sold Out
Situated on a hillside and overlooking the lush Costa Rican vegetation, these suites are perfect for city-dwellers looking to dip their toes right into the countryside. With a natural wood frame, private bathroom, an enclosed porch and outdoor shower overlooking the jungle, this suite is sure to keep you rested and relaxed. These rooms are probably the most spacious of all the rooms and are available with 1 king or 2 twin beds.

Situated right in the the heart of the vegetation, enjoy an intimate in-touch experience with nature. Simply made with a natural wood frame and screened in to provide ample natural ventilation, these cottages sleep two and have a private bathroom powered only by solar electricity. Situated a short walk up a stone stairway from the main building.
