For me, yoga is about that time I make for myself to hit the reset button. To disconnect from the world, and reconnect with myself. I found Yogatown at a particularly challenging time in my life and the studio became my anchor. I’m forever grateful for my second hOMe.

Outside of the studio you can catching me cuddling with my cat Cricket, watching a Formula 1 race, or strolling the neighbourhood with my beau.
