For years, I pushed myself hard in fitness, often feeling like exercise was something I “had” to do and even punishing myself with intense workouts. When peri-menopause hit, I realized I needed a new approach — one that built me up instead of breaking me down. Discovering Pilates changed everything. I became completely obsessed with it! It gave me a way to challenge myself in a supportive, mindful, and loving way, helping me feel stronger, calmer, and more connected than ever.

In my classes, I strive to create a welcoming, empowering environment where you’re encouraged to push yourself and discover what you’re truly capable of — without punishment or judgment. I combine clear, precise instruction with plenty of motivation — and because some moves can be seriously tough, I always bring a killer playlist to keep the energy high and the vibe fun. My hope is that every class leaves you feeling stronger, more confident in your body, and inspired to carry that empowerment into the rest of your day.
