Yoga has brought so many positives to my life. It challenges me to check in on a regular basis, and encourages me to listen to my heart and embrace my true self. What draws me to Yogatown is the great sense of community. I feel welcome every time I walk through the doors, and energized and alive when I leave. I am proud to be both a teacher and student at this amazing studio. I feel so fortunate to have found yoga and be able to share it with my family. It’s pretty cool watching my young children practice at home. I look forward to witnessing the impact that yoga will undoubtedly have on all of our lives.
