When I first fell in love with hot yoga I couldn’t believe how something so hard and challenging could leave you feeling so amazing. After travelling for a while and practicing yoga on the beach daily, I quit my job and went to Mexico to complete my 200hr ytt. This experience was magical and life changing. Not even being sure if I wanted to teach yoga, I opened my own yoga and art studio, and absolutely loved it. In 2023 we decided to close the studio and get back to travelling more. 

My mission as a yoga teacher, art instructor and reiki practitioner is to use all three healing modalities to empower people, bring out their creativity, and leave them feeling strong, relaxed and refreshed. In my spare time you can find me doing anything artsy, biking, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, going to concerts and travelling as much as possible.
