Yoga has changed my life by enhancing my physical health, my mental clarity, reducing stress, increasing my self-awareness and mindfulness. It has contributed to emotional balance during menopause. (continues to help with the hot flashes too)

Yogatown has given me the ability to be part of a yoga community, leaving me with a sense of belonging and connectedness with others.

Being playful on my mat, trying new poses and being able to do them inspires me to continue my yoga journey.  Being able to calm my forever racing mind, and to be in the moment has changed my life.
