When I step into a hot room, an immediate sense of ease washes over me—it’s like coming home. The physical practice keeps me feeling strong and balanced, while the spiritual practice helps me stay connected to the inner workings of my mind.

My lifelong love of movement has taken me around the world, where I’ve been fortunate to learn from incredible gurus and teachers. From sound healing to meditation, energy work, and, of course, the physical practice of yoga, I’ve embraced the richness of what the world has to offer.

In my offerings, I aim to take every student on an adventure of the mind. Through my voice, my enthusiasm for life, and a touch of silliness and fun, we step onto the mat together and into the unknown. This is where the magic happens—where growth, transformation, and true connection begin.
