I have a passion for health, healing and natural living which has guided my on-going studies of yoga and informs the way I teach.

I am a light-hearted, energetic, nature-loving yoga teacher who is known for my capacity to create a warm and welcoming space for all students. My yoga teaching style is inquisitive, playful and joyfully blends asana with breath, sound and meditation. My intention is to bring balance to the body/mind so that the natural joy of living and being can shine through.
