Since opening our doors in 2008, Yogatown has grown into one of the most vibrant yoga communities in the Ottawa area, with three exclusively hot yoga and pilates locations. Known for our beautiful studio spaces and welcoming community, Yogatown is an inclusive, accessible space with a variety of class styles and intensities.

Responsibilities

• Customer service 
• Retail and membership sales
• Studio cleanliness and organization
• General administration
• Phone and email inquiries
• Miscellaneous Front Desk projects and tasks as needed

What you bring to the role 

• Previous customer service experience 
• Previous retail or membership sales experience an asset  
• Friendly and outgoing, with communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong computer and organization skills 
• Attention to detail
• Evening and weekend availability is a must
