Yoga has given me the framework to understand and connect to who I truly am. It is a complete honour to offer this framework to others and see how it influences their lives. In my classes, I invite my students to show up for who they are in the moment with curiosity and love. I love to teach tools that can be used in your every day life.

I love live music, long boarding and my dog. I try and live life to the fullest every single day.
