Just in time for Tamarack Race Weekend! Run + Reflect + Restore is an 8-week guided program that blends movement, mindfulness, and community.
Each week, you’ll be supported through:
- 20-minute group discussion focused on mindset, motivation and running
- 30-minute guided run/walk session to build endurance safely and gradually
- 60-minute yoga class to restore, stretch, and strengthen your body
This is more than just a Run Club—it’s a journey!
You’ll learn how to move with confidence, listen to your body, manage stress, and stay consistent, all while being part of an encouraging community that cheers you on every step of the way.
No running experience required. All paces are welcome.
