I began to practice yoga simply as a form of exercise. Little did I know that a regular practice could enable me to connect with my own state of mind. Yoga has given me the confidence to expand my fitness goals and has provided me with invaluable insight into the mind and body connection.
Not only will you find me on the mat at Yogatown, you can spot me on the trail training for my next half marathon or in a HIIT class. Thank goodness I love to be active, because I also love to bake and eat a ridiculous amount of pizza.
