I keep guiding yoga practice as a means to keep up with my own practice and meet fellow yogis. With a focus on accessibility, and an interest in the other 7 branches of yoga practice other than poses, I can still make attendees get a good sweat when warranted. It makes me happy to see yogis having gotten the most out of their practice at the end of my classes. Meet you on the mat!
