“I am a human being not a human doing.” -Dr. Wayne Dyer
Yoga has always provided me an outlet to express myself, but to also dig in to who I am, who I am growing into, and how I continue to evolve. I came to yoga through Postpartum depression and it has kept me grateful, humble and my weird-self since.
I believe we’re all meant to move in a way that is ours and ours alone and it’s why I like to incorporate dance, laughter and story into classes, workshops, and trainings so that students can find their own rhythm and not be afraid of it.
When I’m not teaching, I’m usually catching up on a novel or recommended documentaries, learning how to build lego properly from my son, eating pie and looking for the next place to road trip with friends and family.
