"If you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely." - Roald Dahl
From my very first yoga practice, it felt like an opportunity to hang out and be best friends with my mind and soul. Yoga is truly the unending gift: it becomes whatever I need it to be at that moment, and has permeated into all aspects of my life off the mat. In times of challenge, it reminds me to breathe. To trust the process. I teach to share this feeling, to create a space where people can find their release, and become the most honest version of themselves through movement and breath.
I’m lucky to have turned my passion for yoga into my job. But on my down time, I love the simple things: mandatory snuggles with my pets, disappearing behind a book…another lesson yoga continually teaches me is to slow down, and enjoy that less can be more.
