Yoga has helped me find myself. It allows me to let go of everything that is happening around me and just be.

When I’m not at Yogatown, I’m working as an Art Director at a small graphic design studio in town. I read books like my life depends on it, and I love to cycle. I’m also a serious Star Wars (original trilogy only please) fan-addict!
