"Yoga isn't about being able to touch your toes, it's about what you learn on the way down."
Yoga has been an important part of my life for over 15 years. It’s been there for me on my good days, and not so good days – I’ve learned that the days you want to avoid it are usually the times that you need it the most. 🙂
I started practicing yoga to improve my strength and flexibility, and over the years it has helped me heal my chronic low back pain, and has also made a significant different in my mental and emotional health. I was so inspired by all these changes that over the pandemic, I decided to jump into the world of natural wellness and complete my yoga teacher training and get my diploma in holistic nutrition.
When I’m not at Yogatown, you can find me relaxin’ at home on the farm, probably baking something yummy, or working with my nutrition clients.
