Yoga has been such a gift in my life. I know that no matter how I feel when I walk in, I will walk out happier, calmer and grounded. I’ve learnt so much about my own ability to share space with discomfort but also how forgiving I can be towards myself and others. The community at Yogatown has been so welcoming and amazing, I’m so happy to be a part of it!
