Although there have been ups and downs in life, I’ve always known that I can decompress from my everyday life on my mat. To me, any movement is good movement, whether it be big or small, perfect or imperfect. I’ve found that physical activity really helps me gain mental clarity. Even if I really don’t feel like it, I am forever grateful for the community, clarity, and strength that yoga has given me, and I hope to share that positivity with others!
