Sports and fitness are what first led me to yoga, and I couldn’t be more grateful for this practice. Although I love the physical practice and the immense benefits it brings to the body… for me it’s the pauses, breath, presence, self awareness..it’s the space we create to build a relationship and learn about ourselves with curiosity and kindness – that is what yoga means to me. My 2 (soon to be 3) little ones are some of my greatest teachers… I adore them and our 2 dogs. I love spending time with friends and family, being in nature, playing sports and traveling.
