Take in two days of practices and conversations to understand and experience the power of restorative yoga. With a special focus on the nervous system and yoga as a tool for stress relief and pain management, this weekend focuses on embodying the practice. We will…
- Discuss the physical, emotional and energetic bodies of yoga
- Practice both gentle and restorative yoga and explore different prop support
- Practice self-massage
- Learn about the nervous system as it relates to restorative yoga

This training is suitable for all yoga practitioners, including teachers who would like to take the Teaching Restorative Yoga weekend.
This module is a part of the 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training program. Students who complete the training will receive a restorative yoga teacher training certificate.
Maximum Enrollment: 20 Students

Dates: 2 days: February 8-9, 2020, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Investment: $275 + HST (HRSDC certified, so tax receipts will be issued to those in the 300 hour advance yoga teacher training program).
